** HOLIDAY MEMO**
In observance of Memorial Day our office will be closed on Sunday, May 29th . Our Sunday night operations will move to Monday night on May 30th . No deliveries will be made on Monday, May 30th, unless a holiday special is requested. Any shipments picked up on Friday, May 27th will be delivered on Tuesday, May 31st . Any special requests should be submitted before noon on the 27th for proper arranging.

*Mighty Trucking & Services Inc. will not be responsible for storage charges that may incur if we are not able to recover by our cut off time at 10 PM due to the airline warehouses congestion.

- WAITING TIME:
Ø AIR SHIPMENTS: Due to heavy congestion at the Airlines, Waiting Time fee will be applied on All shipments where the waiting time exceeds 60 minutes. Our Waiting Time fee is $45.00 per hour, billable in 15 minute increments. Please note we can only wait until 10PM if waiting time is approved.
Ø OCEAN SHIPMENTS: Due to heavy congestion at Container Freight Stations (Ocean CFS), Waiting Time fee will be applied on All shipments where the waiting time exceeds 60 minutes. Our Waiting Time fee is $40.00 per hour and billable in 15 minute increments.
- CARGO LIABILITY DISCLOSURE: Mighty Trucking & Services, Inc. cargo liability, transported or handled or stored goods, is not to exceed $5.00/Lb in any one shipping box or container or stored good in our warehouse, not to exceed $100,000.00 on any truck conveyance or in our warehouse, for any cargo damage or loss.
- QUOTES: Quotations are based on the information provided at time of quote. Any changes including but not limited to weight, destination, accessorial fees, and waiting time will result in additional charges.
