Airport pick-ups or drop offs are complicated and may become a problem if not coordinated correctly. Our operations staff is trained to recognize possible problems that may cause delays. We will advise you as promptly of: any pending ISF charges, customs problems; storage charges, exceptions in freight, shortages, or any other important issues that may cause delay in delivering your freight timely. When your shipment is en route, you will be notified by email. Once the freight is signed off or completed, an email will be sent to you that evening or you can also check status on our website. Charges may also be reviewed on the website. A hard copy of the POD including any exceptions taken can be printed from the website as well.
